Hedge Fund Activists: Good Guys or Bad Guys? 
The goal of the session will be to discuss whether there is any empirical support for the following quote made by one of the most famous hedge fund activists (C. Icahn) in the world and whether the hedge fund activists create value: “There are lots of good CEOs in this country, but the management in many companies leaves a lot to be desired. What we do is bring accountability to these underperforming CEOs when we get elected to the boards.” - C. Icahn

The INSEAD Asia Campus is situated at the corner of the Ayer Rajah Avenue and North Buona Vista Road in the KnowledgeHub district of Singapore. The campus is 15 minutes away from the financial district and 30 minutes away from Changi Airport.
